The process

How we verify — so your shipment matches your sample.

Most sourcing failures come down to three things: the supplier isn't who they claim to be, the COA is forged or borrowed, or the shipment doesn't match the approved sample. Our process exists to eliminate all three. Here it is, step by step, with nothing hidden.

01

Supplier verification

We check statutory registrations (Spices Board, IEC, FSSAI, GST), visit the physical facility, and verify past export track record and references. Suppliers who fail any check are not “flagged” — they are excluded.

02

Sample approval

You approve a physical sample against an agreed written specification. That approved sample becomes the contractual reference standard for the shipment. No verbal specs, no “equivalent quality.”

03

Independent laboratory testing

The production lot is tested at an independent NABL / ISO 17025-accredited laboratory — not the supplier's in-house lab, and not ours. Pesticide multi-residue (GC-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS) · ETO + 2-chloroethanol · aflatoxin · heavy metals · Salmonella, benchmarked to your destination's MRLs.

Documentation and dispatch

Authentic COA, phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin and packing documentation, with pre-shipment inspection confirming the lot matches the approved sample. You receive the paper trail before the vessel sails.

What we are — and what we're not

We are a trading firm. We don't own a factory, and we won't pretend to.

Our value is independent verification, testing coordination and documentation layered on top of vetted suppliers. If we manufactured the goods ourselves, our verification would be a supplier's self-audit — worth exactly what those are usually worth. Independence is the product.
